The Bengals continue to look to enhance the squad for the 2019/20 season. Darrin Hall was recently picked up by Cincy on waivers. This 1,000-yard rusher signed with Cleveland after missing out on being drafted in the 2019 NFL Draft. He was however, released by the Brownies after the their rookie minicamp.

The solid 5-foot-11, 225-pound tailback then went through the waiver process, and we were able to grab him up. Now we have not had our rookie camp yet, so Hall will go through the process all over again this coming weekend with a new team to adjust to. In addition to Hall we drafted Trayveon Williams (Texas A&M), and Rodney Anderson (Oklahoma) so it is a busy backfield right now.

Hall will also be joining returning starter Joe Mixon, our now veteran Giovanni Bernard, and first-year runner Quinton Flowers. He is a Youngstown, Ohio guy and he closed out his tenure at Pitt amassing 2,189 yards and 21 touchdowns. He was not invited to the NFL Combine, but drew serious attention after crushing Pitts Pro Day. Will Hall even make the roster? Who knows, but we will sure watch him give it a try.
