Here to Stay

Our guy Tyler Eifert is here to stay it would seem. The oft injured but solid when healthy tight end will continue his career with us in Cincinnati. It looks like he is signing a one year deal which makes sense for a player that has gone through season ending surgery the past three seasons.

We always say when healthy, Tyler can be as productive as Kelce and Gronk. He is now 28 years old so he is not exactly “young” but he is still a potential weapon. This throws a little wrench in the thought process that we may draft a tight end in what appears to be a killer tight end draft class.

We like Tyler. He is a great Bengal. It would have been very tough to root against him had we sent him into free agency like we thought. If we can get 2015, 52 receptions, 615 yards and 13 touchdown Eifert that would be great. If not...it may be time to look elsewhere.
